• DO NOT SEND ME COMMISSIONED ARTWORK YOU DO NOT OWN AS A CHARACTER REFERENCE. i will immediately reject the commission.• i prefer commissioned artwork of your character, but if you do not have any or very little, that's okay! in-game screenshots are fine.• no wordy description of your character's appearance, please. pantone / hex # / or images of specific colors only regarding your character's skin, hair, and eye color.

PROCESS

• i tend to provide a lot of update screenshots throughout the process just to make sure it stays on track.• feel free to add any corrections needed through this process. Small fixes are fine, but major changes will be an additional cost after the sketch phase.• commissions are normally completed within 3-7 days once I've started. If there is any kind of extensive delay during the process, I will let you know. If you have any kind of deadline, please let me know beforehand.

communication

• i ask that communication stay respectful. any crude or disrespectful behavior will cause immediate cancelation of the commission.• please keep in touch! after seven days of no reply, i will assume the commission is canceled. i will issue a refund if communication ends in the sketch phase only.• i have the right to decline any commission for any reason.

PAYMENT

• full payment is upfront before i will begin working. if you need to cancel the commission, refunds are only offered during the sketch phase• commissions are for personal use only.• upon completion of the piece, I will send you a full-resolution file.• you are welcome to post your commission on any platform you like provided credit is linked!
